A decent turn out of 10 players energetically took to the ice. Tricky ice conditions prevailed which meant that only James Logan was able to maintain last years score. Most players being between 5 and 10 points down. This didn't help James as he also managed to maintain sixth place.
Congratulations to the siblings, Sandy and Lindsey, who despite going first, managed to retain their crowns.
A couple of players also achieved new low scores !
Our new member John Harcourt succumbed to the 'old hands' game-play and went early, which possibly had a detrimental effect on his score. Never the less, he may have come last but was the ONLY player to keep a blank off his card.
