Last night saw the commencement of league games with the Rennie teams making their debut.  

Players were obviously rusty, demonstrated by the total confusion when the bell went to signal the start.  No-one (including the syllabus creator) seemed to know who their teams were or what sheets they should be playing on.  Indeed the games started with nine players on one sheet!  It was all so unfamiliar that one player even managed to play the entire match with their trousers on backwards !!

Things can only get better.

The battle of the Andy's was a tight game with a couple of exceptional shots proving the difference, resulting in a loss for Andy Cap .... sorry McDiarmid.  Player of the Game - Paula Arnott.

Meanwhile in a Young v Old battle, Karen Munro's team scored a decisive win, scorewise over a shorthanded Logan rink.
